With a weight of 240 g/linear meter, it falls into the medium range, thus offering good support and opacity, making it ideal for tights/leggings, bras, sports tops, bodysuits, bodycon dresses, pencil skirts, as well as light jackets or technical inserts. It sews well with a stretch needle and elastic stitches (overlock/zig-zag), and for a nice finish, a stabilizing tape at the shoulders/waist helps.
